Great Tour!

I went to the Inter-American Development Bank and the National Portrait Gallery yesterday. In IDB, I could listen to very interesting topics; however, it was difficult for me just a little. Also, Japanese work there. It’s really wonderful!!
The National Portrait Gallery was really fun, too!! I forgot about the time because I love art very much. However, I had just a little time to enjoy portraits and I want to go there again!!

Hello, Ai!
Visiting Inter-American Development Bank sounds really interesting to me. ^^ Also, seeing the Japanese work for international organizations is so inspiring, right? Anyway, I hope that you'll have a chance to go the gallery again!

Ooh you posted a picture!! I like that picture, so I'm gonna save it :D
IDB was really cool and interesting! I'm sorry you didn't have enough time to enjoy the gallery, and I know we're short on time, but perhaps you might get a chance to visit it again!

Hi Ai,
You are right. When one likes doind something, time flies.
Are there other places you would like to go back to in the Maryland-Washington area? Maybe you need to come back again next year ;-)
Regards,
Berta

Hello, Ai.

I really like the photo that you included with your post for Friday, August 10th. It adds a lot of interest to your blog.

I'm particularly glad to know that you heard commentary in Japanese at the IDB. It must have been refreshing to hear a talk in Japanese after so much English!

I'm also glad you enjoyed the National Portrait Gallery. I imagine you also liked the museum visits on Sunday. Did you go to the National Museum of the American Indian or the National Gallery of Art? Did you enjoy the Museum of Natural History?

What did you think of Annapolis and the bay cruise on Saturday?

I hope you continue to enjoy your time in Maryland.

Best wishes--
